WHO are going to do WHAT and by WHEN?

Dear all,

(It's me again.)

Choir, I've observed something today. Something positive and encouraging.

You are taking initaitive and start to think and plan what you're going to do (for your task!). I've seen that some of you started to write down what you're going to do or your questions on the yellow papers I've given you. It's a good start. I can see that you're making improvement. KEEP IT UP!

Ok, the title of this entry says it all. :) Here is an overall view of WHO are going to do WHAT and by WHEN so that you can remind each other.

"WHO?" - JOCELYN

"How about the rest?" - First of all, if the rest of you have some ideas in mind, pls draw or print it out and show us on 6 Nov. Secondly and most importantly, start to save up for the Choir T. It costs about $18 per shirt. Jersey (dry fit)material. Good for humid weather like Singapore so we won't be smelly after wearing it for long hours. :)

"What?" - Task #1: Create minimum 2 Choir noticeboard designs. Task #2: Do it. Fix it on the noticeboard.

"When?" - Task#1 - by 6 Nov. Task#2 - by 13Nov.
1st deadline: by 6 Nov

"How about the rest?" - If you've ideas, pls draw or write or print it (them) out and show us on 6Nov. Your contributions are valuable to us. :)

"What?" - Task#1: Create minimum 3 Choir flyers/ posters. Task#2: Edit and send for printing

"When?" - Task #1 by 6 Nov . Task#2 by 13Nov

"How about the rest?" - If you've ideas, pls draw or write or print it (them) out and show us on 6Nov. Your contributions are valuable to us. :)

"WHO?" - CLARICE, JIAMIN, STELLA and NAT

"What?" - Create minimum 2 ways of displaying the Choir booth during Sec1 CCA Orientation Day in Jan'09. Present to the fellow Choir during next practice in HARDCOPY or SOFTCOPY.

"When?" - by 6 Nov

"WHO?" - ANGELA, CLARICE, NURUL and mdmJ

"What?" -
Create a video to showcase Choir past activities to Sec1 students, their parents & the school on CCA Orientation Day'09.

"When?" -
31 Oct - Pass the CDs (contain all the photos that were taken during all the activities) to Angela and Clarice. After viewing all the photos, Angela, Clarice (&may be Nurul) start generating the storylines of the video. Meanwhile, Nurul will have to explore and test out the "Photostory" software that she has in her PC.

7 Nov - Discuss with mdmJ of the ideas of the videos in D&T Staff room at 12noon.

After 7 Nov - Angela, Clarice and Nurul will start doing to video.

12 Dec - Angela and Clarice will meet mdmJ to show the 1st draft of the video at 10am in D&T staff room. (Nurul will be attending the World Choir Festival. All the best, girl! :D)

19Dec - meet mdmJ at D&T staff room. Viewing of video.

30Dec - Play the video to Choir!

Angela, clarice and Nurul, if you need comments / feedback from he rest of choir, perhaps you can let them view the video once your 1st version is done.

"Who?" - Carine and mdmJ

"What?" - task # 1. create minimum 3 Choir banner designs. Task # 2. Update the blog content and blogskin, etc

"When?" - 6 Nov for task#1. For Task#2 - Carine, when?

"Who?" - Pris and YH

"What?" - Task #1: come out minimum 3 ideas on door gifts to be given out on CCA Orientation Day'09. It'll be very helpful for us to see what you've designed by showing us the models. Task#2: improve and edit and show us at the end or before choir starts. Task#3: make a decision on the final door gifts. No changes after that.

"When?" - Task #1: by 6 Nov. Task #2: 11Nov, 13Nov, 18Nov. Task#3: On 20Nov - last date.

If you feel uncertain of your designs/ ideas/ colours, NEVERMIND! JUST DO IT! SHOW us on ^ Nov. Then we discuss together.
