Something to cheer me up

Now is already 12.21 am. Don't have the energy to work.

Wanted to sleep but how to sleep peacefully when I've not finished my work?!

So, went to youtube.com to search for any latest video of my little nephew. His cheerful face and funny expressions never fail to cheer me up.

Oh yeah~ there're 3 new videos of him! He can say "Mama" now. :) And he really know how to express his excitement through clapping and "Ohhh~~~ Aw~~~~"

Now, I've the energy to continue working.

Thank you Jessie who posts the videos and photos deligently onto the website! :D

My JC Friend's Wedding dinner in Zoo

my 2 door gifts - Lion and the elephant on the leopard chair!

Wedding door gifts from my JC's friend's Xianghong's wedding dinner on 20September.
Venue: Singapore Zoo!

Free shuttle bus picked up the guests at Yio Chu Kang MRT station at 6.30pm but due to some delay, the bus departed at 6.45pm. When we reached the Zoo, it was already 7.15pm.

And I though we've reached the restaurant.

NOT YET!

We still need to take the tram! It's complete darkness while we're on the tram!

where am I ... is completely darkness... is really so dark in the zoo at night

Wow....

By the time, we reached the restaurant, it was already 8pm. And we have missed the SPECIAL ENTRANCE! The bride and groom actually sat on the ELEPHANT when they arrived at the restaurant!

How I wish I could witness that scene ...

Once we settled down at table #22, we're simply amazed by the door gifts - soft toys! It sounds childish but picture this : some 30years old guys were also hugging the soft toys! Check out the cute soft toys ...

Caught you in the act! Lion caught kissing the elephant!
Lion: *smmmooooth*
Elephant: Stop licking me! Yucks! Your saliva!

I just adore this lil elephant!

Guess my friends and I were simply mesmerized by the soft toys and we've taken many photos just based on these 3 animals! And actually there're few more - rhino , giraffe and zebra! However, we couldn't find anymore on the table.

No more photo on the slft toys but it's time to divert my attention to Blurp's handphone accessory!

There're even zebra and leopard skin wrapping around the chairs! So thoughtful and totally suits the setting - Zoo.

Anyway, finally food was served. FOOD!~

the entire wedding dinner ended at about 11pm. Blurp and I had problem leaving the zoo as it seemed like no more tram to bring us back to the entrance of the zoo!!! And we were so desperate until we wanted to hitch a ride from a van!

But thank God that the last tram came to our rescue. :D

To 4N4 students ... PART 1

Class photo

Dear all 4N4,

Hope you enjoyed yourself during the Farewell Party yesterday. Myself, Mr.Teo, Mr.Ong and Mr. Goh did. :)

Time passed very fast. Now, you're going to embark onto the next journey very soon. Be it you're going to 5N/ ITE/ join the work force, I sincerely wish you all the best in your future endeavours, especially the upcoming N level exam.

If you see any of us (teachers) in the street in the future, let's still say hi. I'll be very sad if you turn your head away. Then I WILL ISSUE YOU AN OFFENCE SLIP and the offence is not showing respect! (:O :O :O)

Last but least, I am not here to TAME you because you're not an animal in the zoo. (Although sometimes I felt myself as if I was in the zoo and i'm the zoo keeper!) I'm your form teacher only.

Now, let's walk down the memory lane together.

Present to you, the HANDSOMEs / the CUTIES and the PRETTIES of 4N4 ~

Wondering what were they looking at and laugh so happily? Nonethless, they are watching their own photos - secondary and PRIMARY school photos. Guess all their memories flood back.

No more photos already?

Nah, there are MORE! Here is the link. If you can't view the photos, copy and paste this link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/juliana2608/sets/72157607259743168/
Btw, Our Chairman tagged me and requested me NOT to POST the "4N4 THEME SONGS" ONTO YOUTUBE or else he can't face the world.

Anyway, here is the Chairman's speech. YOU BETTER LISTEN!

Btw, there will be a Part 2 or may be even Part 3 to the "4N4 series". So, stay tune!

Meanwhile, let me think if I should or should not post the 4N4 Theme Song... WHAT DO YOU THINK?

After 5 drawing lessons ...

Every Monday I will have to rush off from work to Buona Vista for my drawing lesson which starts at 2.30pm and end approx 5.30pm. Although it's tiring to travel from Hougang to Buona Vista on every Monday, I enjoy the 3 hours of drawing. It's simply therapeutic.

These 2 drawings are certainly not the best one as I still need to horn my drawing skills. But certainly, these are my personal favourite ones.

It's after many practices.

Present to you my BLACK AND HAIRY PALM (and not very proportional one)! My hand in this drawing looks deformed...

The outdoor drawing was a difficult one to me. It's in fact a combination of 2 scenery... but supposed to be 1 scene.

Tadarn! Here is the outcome!

bit weird ya?

Anyway, my next challenge is ...

Time to horn my perspective drawing :)
